YOUNG THUG SAYS HE WON’T BE RELEASING MUSIC IN 2018!

Written by on February 24, 2018

If you’re a Young Thug fan, and by now you don’t know to expect anything from your ‘fav’, you ain’t doing yourself no good!

Barely days after he announced via twitter he’s changed his name to ‘S*X’, the Rapper/ Singer has released another bombshell on his fans. While speaking in a recent interview with Hypebeast, Young Thug revealed that he doesn’t have plans to put out music in 2018 as a way of showing support to his deaf brother. He said, “I’ve got a deaf brother. I’ve got a brother who can’t hear or talk, so i want to act deaf for a year. So i ain’t going to put out no music this year.”

Thugga also mentioned there’s a chance he’ll return with his very much anticipated project, Hi-Tunes in 2019. He told Hypebeast, “In 2019, i’m going to put out probably Hi-Tunes.”

But of course, the man is always in demand, so it’s unlikely he won’t be featuring in the music space at all throughout 2018. If artists he’s recorded music with decide to put them out this year, his fans will not be that starved of his music while we look ahead to his return in 2019. And that’s assuming he’s serious- after all, the man has called himself all sorts in less than 2 years.
